Let’s face it: we all have that one celebrity that we follow relentlessly. For me, it’s Jennifer Lawrence (I’ll tell you why later in the article).
You see, I’ve observed that we normal humans (lol!) tend to gravitate to one of three different categories which, in turn, can determine why we take more to one celeb over another. Just for fun, I’d like for you to read the following and honestly apply the appropriate category to yourself. We can follow up on that at the end of the post.
1. The Realist
– If you are like me, you view the world as fairly black-and-white. Right is right, wrong is wrong, and we are what we make of ourselves, despite our past experiences.
2. The Optimist
– You tend to view the world through a brighter filter than most. Everything gets a positive spin and anything is possible.
3. The Pretender
– Sadly, this is perhaps the most common in today’s culture. You rarely let anyone see who you truly are, and your secrets, fears and insecurities are safely tucked away beneath a mask of perfection.
As a realist, I greatly admire Jennifer Lawrence, because what you see is what you get. She doesn’t hide or fake it, on or off the set, and to my knowledge she is one of the few who carries herself with such honesty.
In conclusion, I’m curious to see how well I’ve hit the mark, so I’d love it if you shot me a message and shared which category applies to you, and which celeb you like the most.
